Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register of Companies SLD Holdings Limited (in liquidation) ("the company"), which has its registered office at 47 Boulcott Street, Wellington, by request, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the grounds that the liquidator has filed with the Registrar of Companies the final statement and report, pursuant to sections 257 (1) (a) and 318 of the Act.

The date by which an objection to the removal of the company, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is 28 days from the date of this notice.

Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Dunedin, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Tisbury Machinery Limited, whose registered office is situated at Invercargill, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Dunedin by the 20th day of March 1998, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 295 of the Companies Act 1955, that:

(a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register under section 293 (1) (e), on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar, the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Act.

(b) Any objection to the removal, under section 296, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than the 20th day of March 1998.
