There will be no meeting of creditors.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidators have fixed the 16th day of March 1998, as the last day when creditors are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors claims that have not been made at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.

On the 10th day of February 1998, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to paragraph 241 (2) (a) that Faze ‘N’ Furniture Limited be liquidated and that Jennifer Mary Gillies, chartered accountant of Walker Lee & Dick, be appointed liquidator.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Gloucester Wools Baa Limited (in liquidation):

On Monday, the 2nd day of February 1998, upon reading the application for release of liquidator by Gloucester Wools Baa Limited (in liquidation) dated the 12th day of January 1998, and upon reading the affidavit of Barry James Watson dated the 30th day of January 1998 and upon hearing D. B. Grover, counsel on behalf of the applicant, the High Court at Christchurch ordered:

1. The liquidator be released from his administration of the property of the company, pursuant to section 267 (1) of the said Act; and

2. The company be dissolved, pursuant to section 328 (1) of the said Act; and

3. The company’s records be destroyed forthwith, pursuant to section 328 (1) of the said Act; and

4. The books and papers of the liquidator be destroyed.
