Amending a Notice

Declaring Land Acquired for a Car Park in Kapiti Borough

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 13th day of November 1997, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 20th day of November 1997, No. 163, page 3876, by adding to end of the recital the words “and vested in The Kapiti Borough Council from the date of publication of this Gazette notice.”
