Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
James Hurren Martin Dawson gives notice that on the 28th day of January 1998, he was appointed receiver and manager of Triple J Holdings Limited (in receivership) by Maurice Paul Jarrett Jenkins and Mark Paul Jarrett Jenkins, pursuant to a debenture dated the 22nd day of October 1996 in favour of ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited and assigned to the above-named appointees, pursuant to a deed of assignment of debenture dated the 22nd day of December 1997.
Short Description of the Property Charged: All of the company’s assets, property and undertaking.
The Office of the Receiver and Manager is at: Joynt Andrews, Barristers and Solicitors, 141 Cambridge Terrace (P.O. Box 214), Christchurch.
