Land Transport Act 1998

Notification of Ordinary Rules

Pursuant to section 161(3) of the Land Transport Act 1998, notification is hereby given of the making of the Land Transport Rules 34001 and 35001, which come into force on 1 March 1999. They are entitled, respectively:

Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Repair 1998
Land Transport Rule: Vehicle Standards Compliance 1998

These ordinary rules are available for inspection free of charge at the Head Office of the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand, 7–27 Waterloo Quay, Wellington, and for purchase by the end of January 1999 from bookshops that sell legislation or direct from GP Legislation Services, P.O. Box 12-418, Wellington.
