Either Alan Raymond Isaac or David Anthony Ward, partners of the firm KPMG, chartered accountants, were appointed jointly and severally with John Stewart Drage as liquidators of the above companies.

And take further notice that after the expiration of 14 days from the date of this advertisement David Anthony Ward or Alan Raymond Isaac shall apply to the High Court at Wellington, to be appointed as a liquidator and successor to John Stewart Drage as appropriate, and in respect of each of the above-named liquidations.

The application shall be without further notice to the creditors, directors or shareholders of the above companies.

Any person who wishes to be heard on the applications must contact the solicitor for the applicant within 14 days of this advertisement.
