Results of the General Election for Membership of the Council of the Pharmaceutical of New Zealand November 1998
Notice is hereby given of the result of an election of members of the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of New Zealand held on Monday, 23 November 1998.
Auckland District
Four candidates were nominated for three vacancies. 581 ballot papers were issued, 297 were returned and the poll resulted:
- David Wallace Bain 265
- Eleanor Ann Hawthorn 262
- David John McFadzien 199
- Mark Ernest Bedford 89
David Wallace Bain, Eleanor Ann Hawthorn and David John McFadzien were the successful candidates and I declare them duly elected.
Wellington District
Two candidates were nominated for two vacancies.
- David Warwick Thompson
- Andrea Lee Gibson
