Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant of Auckland and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Peter Julian Construction Limited (in liquidation) and NCS Holdings Limited (in liquidation) (formerly Nationwide Cleaning Supplies Limited).

The liquidations commenced on the 3rd day of December 1998.
