Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of December 1998, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and David Malcolm Marshall, insolvency specialists, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of Seaview Tyre Centre Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 1st day of May 1997, given by that company.

The property in receivership is all the company’s undertaking, property and assets.

This is public notice of the appointment of Jeffrey Robert Steele, as receiver of the company on the 18th day of November 1998.

The property subject to the receivership is all the assets and undertaking of the company, but subject to the prior debenture in favour of the Pacific Islands Business Development Trust.

The appointment of Jeffrey Robert Steele as receiver of the company, is in addition to the appointment of Paul Harris as receiver of the company on behalf of the first debenture holder, Pacific Islands Business Development Trust.
