I, Bruce Frederick McCullough, chartered accountant of Lower Hutt, was appointed liquidator of Jarrah Construction Limited by order of the High Court on the 2nd day of November 1998.

A meeting of creditors will be held at 20 Kings Crescent, Lower Hutt, on the 14th day of December 1998, commencing at 11.00 a.m.

The business to be transacted at the meeting is:
(a) To consider and vote on the following resolution:
