I, Andrew Marchel Oorshot, hereby give notice that for the purpose of winding up a non-trading company and pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed as liquidator of Halswell Estates Limited with effect from the 23rd day of November 1998.

The directors have resolved that the company was solvent prior to my appointment and therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8), no creditors’ meeting is required to be called.
