Land Acquired for Road in Palmerston North City

Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road and vested in The Palmerston North City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

All that parcel of land situated in the City of Palmerston North containing 233 square metres, being part Lot 1, D.P. 70194 and being that part of certificate of title 37A/665; marked “A” on S.O. Plan 37977.

Road Realignment — State Highway No. 4, Wanganui District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 4 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and

(i) the portions of road firstly and secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 6C/815

(ii) the portion of road thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 28D/894

(iii) the portions of road fourthly and fifthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 38C/21.

(c) Declares the land in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and

(i) the land firstly and secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 6C/815

(i) the land thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 38C/21.
