Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of lease B. 005689.2 and certificate of title 34A/811 for the registration of a surrender of the said lease and the issue of a new composite certificate of title in the name of Patrick Vaughan Kennedy and Judith Anne Kennedy, lodged under B. 692460.3.
