A meeting of creditors of Chroma Set Limited (in liquidation) will be held on the Eighth Floor, 3 Kingston Street, Auckland, on the 16th day of November 1998 at 9.00 a.m.

The meeting will be held to determine whether the creditors wish to appoint Stephen Mark Lawrence and Brendon James Gibson to be joint and several liquidators in place of the official assignee and whether to elect a liquidation committee.

For voting purposes creditor’s proxies and postal votes must be lodged with the official assignee by 10.00 a.m. on the 12th day of November 1998.

Claim forms are to be lodged before the 12th day of November 1998.

Pursuant to Section 304 of the Companies Act 1993

David Bryden Davidson and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Benmore Products Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 23rd day of October 1997.

The liquidators are about to make a second distribution to unsecured creditors.
