Take notice that on the 19th day of October 1998, an application for putting P W & R S Candy Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 14th day of December 1998 at 11.45 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
