Declaration Acquiring Land for Irrigation Purposes (Maungatapere Irrigation Scheme) in the Whangarei District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for irrigation purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment in the Clutha District — Milton — Taieri Mouth Road

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vested in The Clutha District Council on the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the adjoining land in certificate of title 374/29.
