Notice is hereby given that Peter John Brannigan, chartered accountant, of Auckland, has on the 30th day of October 1998, applied to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, that the above-named be removed from the Register of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
