Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that Raven Ridge Resources Incorporated, the sole shareholder of Raven Ridge Resources Limited (“the company”), the registered office of which is at Rudd Watts & Stone, Level Twenty-five, BNZ Tower, 125 Queen Street, Auckland, proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), for the removal of the company from the New Zealand Register of Companies (“the Register”).

The grounds on which Raven Ridge Resources Incorporated intends to base its application are that the company has:

(a) Ceased to carry on business;
(b) Discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors; and
(c) Distributed its surplus assets in accordance with the Act.

Unless written objection to the company’s removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland by the 18th day of December 1998 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
