Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that by entry in the minute book of the above company, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of Posware New Zealand Limited passed a special resolution winding up the company and appointed Julienne Cottrell, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of October 1998.

Inquiries May Be Made By a Creditor or a Shareholder to: Yong King Knegt during normal business hours at my office.

The liquidator does hereby fix the 15th day of December 1998, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
