Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of November 1998, James Bruce Alfred McAlister and David John Strack, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Eatwell Hospitality Company Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 14th day of December 1993 given by that company.
