Notice of Mortgage Entering into Possession

Pursuant to Section 104bd of the Property Law Amendment Act 1993

TSB Bank Limited hereby gives notice that on Friday, the 30th day of October 1998, it entered into possession of the property situated at 1398 Devon Road, R.D. 42, Waitara, being all that land comprised in certificate of title K1/1007, pursuant to memorandum of mortgage No. 425039.2 (Taranaki Registry).

Gold Star Insurance Company Limited

Notice of Proposed Release of Deposit

The Insurance Companies’ Deposits Act 1953

Gold Star Insurance Company Limited (hereinafter called "the company") has given notice to the public trustee that it has ceased to carry on the business of insurance in New Zealand and that it proposes to withdraw, pursuant to section 19 of the Act, the deposit which has been made by it with the public trustee.

The public trustee therefore gives notice, pursuant to section 19 (3) of the Act, that being satisfied that all liabilities of the company in New Zealand in respect of such insurance business have been fully liquidated or provided for, he proposes to release to the company on or after the 20th day of December 1998, the amount deposited with him by the company.

Any objections to the release of the amount deposited should be lodged with the public trustee at the Public Trust Office, 117–125 Lambton Quay, Wellington 1, on or before the 10th day of December 1998.

Notice of Hearing by Disciplinary Tribunal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand

The Disciplinary Tribunal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand will be hearing a charge against one or more of its members on Wednesday, the 18th day of November 1998 at 10.00 a.m.

The hearing will be held in the Training Room, Sixth Floor, KPMG House, 135 Victoria Street, Wellington.

The hearing will be held in public and open to the news media unless the disciplinary tribunal orders otherwise.

Animal Remedies Act 1967

Licences Issued And Revoked Under the Animal Remedies Act 1967 (Notice No. 1110; Ag. 154)

Pursuant to section 21 (6) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967, the Registrar of the Animal Remedies Board hereby gives notice that the licences listed in Schedules I, II and III have been issued as follows:

1. The licences for remedies listed in Schedule I are new licences issued, not declared to be Prescription Animal Remedies.

2. The licences for remedies listed in Schedule II are new licences issued which have been declared to be Prescription Animal Remedies Class I and may be administered to an animal only:
   (i) By a veterinary surgeon; or
   (ii) Under and in accordance with the authority or prescription of a veterinary surgeon.

3. The remedy listed in Schedule III is provisionally licensed as a Prescription Animal Remedy subject to the conditions under which trials are to be conducted.

Pursuant to section 28 (3) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967, the Registrar of the Animal Remedies Board hereby gives notice that the licences listed in Schedule IV have been revoked.
