Notice is given that the liquidators of Yacht Investments Limited (in liquidation), fixes the 30th day of November 1998, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Pursuant to Sections 3 and 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 28th day of October 1998, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the Waipukurau Chamber of Commerce Incorporated be liquidated and that Peter Richard Watson, chartered accountant of Watson, Blampied & Partners, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of October 1998.

Please note that the chamber is solvent and is being liquidated for technical reasons so that the surplus assets can be passed on to Waipukurau “Alive” Incorporated.
