Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993,
Thomas Keith Parkinson of Melbourne, Australia, businessman, on the 3rd day of November 1995, appointed John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald of Auckland, chartered accountants, as receivers and managers of the property of Isambard Productions Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 4th day of December 1998, which property means all the present and future rights, property, assets, revenues and undertaking of the company.

Office of the Receiver is: Care of John Vague & Associates, Fifth Floor, 80 Greys Avenue, Auckland.
