Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On the 27th day of October 1998 at the District Court at Tauranga, Henry Falwasser of 29 Kingswood Road, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 7 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence until the Secretary for Transport makes an order removing this disqualified following his conviction on 27 October 1998, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol.
And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. B. Wilson has ordered that a
Leyland Marina motor vehicle, registered No. HE 5876 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Henry Falwasser, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 27th day of October 1998.

On the 27th day of October 1998 at the District Court at Tauranga, Philip Te Awhitu Horne of 5 Topaz Drive, Papamoa, was convicted and sentenced to 6 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 12 months from 30 August 1999 following his conviction on 27 October 1998, for an offence of driving whilst disqualified having previously been disqualified.
And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. B. Wilson has ordered that a
Ford Telstar motor vehicle, registered No. NS 5418 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Philip Te Awhitu Horne, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 27th day of October 1998.

Domestic Violence (Programmes) Regulations 1996
Notice of Appointment of Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson for the Regional Approval Panels
Pursuant to regulation 48 (8) of the Domestic Violence (Programmes) Regulations 1996, the Chief Executive is pleased to appoint
Tony Fisher, Local Court Manager of the Rotorua High/District Court
as chairperson for the Waikato Regional Domestic Violence Approval Panel, for the period commencing on the date of this notice and expiring with the close of the 31st day of July 1999.
Pursuant to regulation 55 (2) (a) of the Domestic Violence (Programmes) Regulations 1996, the Chief Executive is pleased to appoint
Tony Fisher, Local Court Manager of the Rotorua High/District Court
as deputy chairperson for the Northern, Central and Southern Regional Domestic Violence Approval Panels, for the period commencing on the date of this notice and expiring with the close of the 31st day of July 1999.

Supplementary Integration Agreements
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietors of the following schools:
- St Mary’s School, Gisborne.
- St Brendan’s School, Heretaunga.
The said supplementary integration agreements were executed on the 23rd day of October 1998. Copies of the supplementary integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.
