Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned liquidator of Southern Extraction Limited (in liquidation), whose office is situated at Polson Higgs & Co, 139 Moray Place (P.O. Box 5346), Dunedin, intends to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in subsection 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraph 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has been completed.

The Registered Office of the Company is located at:
100 Great King Street, Dunedin.

Unless great objection to such removal, under section 296 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Dunedin not less than 28 days after the date of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
