Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register, the above-named company, which has its registered office at 11–17 Church Street, Wellington.

The removal is by request, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 (“the Act”), on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Act, namely the liquidators’ final report and accounts, have been sent to the Registrar of Companies.

The date by which an objection to the removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is the 19th day of November 1998.
