A meeting of creditors of Insulated Building Systems Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) will be held at my office, Eighth Floor, District Court Building, 3 Kingston Street, Auckland, on Wednesday, the 14th day of October 1998 at 11.00 a.m.

A meeting will be held to determine whether the creditors wish to:

(a) Appoint Stuart D. Robertson as liquidator in place of the official assignee.

(b) Appoint Stephen Mark Lawrence and Brendon James Gibson as joint and several liquidators in place of the official assignee.

(c) Elect a liquidation committee.

For voting purpose, creditors’ claims, postal votes and proxies must be lodged with the official assignee by Monday, the 12th day of October 1998.
