Jeffrey Philip Meltzer, chartered accountant of Auckland, hereby gives notice that, on the 15th day of October 1998, he ceased to act as receiver and manager of all of the undertaking and property and assets of the company, pursuant to their appointment by the first ranking debenture holder.
