Pursuant to section 53M of the Broadcasting Act 1989 (as inserted by the Broadcasting Amendment Act 1993), I hereby give you notice that you may spend $1,300,000 (one million, three hundred thousand dollars) including G.S.T., that is, $1,155,556 (one million, one hundred and fifty-five thousand, five hundred and fifty-six dollars) excluding G.S.T., on account of your administrative expenses in the financial year commencing on the 1st day of July 1998 and ending with the close of the 30th day of June 1999.
