I, Mervyn George Stanley Earl, liquidator of Toolco Engineering Supplies Limited, whose registered office is situated at 159 Gloucester Street, Christchurch, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, having filed with the Registrar a final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 196 of the Companies Act 1955, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than the 6th day of November 1998.
