Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 28th day of September 1998 at the District Court at Tauranga, Richard Thomas Reardon of 47B Lynn Grove, Papamoa, was convicted and fined $500, Court costs $130 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 12 months from 28 September 1998, following his conviction on 28 September 1998 for an offence of driving while disqualified, having been previously convicted.

And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg has ordered that a

Nissan Skyline motor vehicle, registered No. OU 1226

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Richard Thomas Reardon, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 28th day of September 1998.

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Ronald Edward James Anderson, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 5th day of October 1998.
