To all creditors of Indosuez Company New Zealand Limited (in voluntary liquidation) ("Indosuez"):

On the 6th day of September 1991, David Petterson and Bruce McCallum were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of Indosuez.

A final meeting of creditors (as per section 291 of the Companies Act 1955) will be held at 3.00 p.m. on Wednesday, the 4th day of November 1998 at Level Eight, City Tower, 95 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.

1. To consider and approve the statement of realisations and distributions.
