Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

David Donald Crichton, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby gives notice that on the 28th day of September 1998, New Zealand Breweries Limited appointed him as receiver and manager of the property of Grand Holdings Limited under the powers contained in a debenture they hold dated the 9th day of October 1997.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all of the company’s undertakings, property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
