Paul Francis Lynskey and Timothy James Reid, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Wellington respectively, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of GCB Holdings Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 21st day of September 1998, the date that the liquidation commenced.

This company was previously named Grant Brown Marketing Limited and Freshcorp Limited, within the last 12 months.

We advise that this was a non trading holding company and that this liquidation is part of the restructuring process of the group.

This liquidation does not relate to Freshco Limited, who are trading as Freshcorp.

In addition, we advise that the directors have passed a resolution stating that in their view the company had a surplus of assets over liabilities and was able to pay all its debts at the date of our appointment.
