AMENDMENT NOTICE (No. 1) 1998

PURSUANT to Section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Commerce, the Secretary of Commerce gives the following Notice:

NOTICE

Title and commencement - (1) This Notice may be cited as the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 1998.
(2) This Notice shall come into force on the 1st day of October 1998.
Statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended - The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys of Tariff items 3925.20.00, 4418.20.00, 7308.30.00, and 9406.00.09, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the First Schedule to this Notice.
