Road Realignment in North Shore City (Eskdale Road)

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired in connection with a road and vested in the North Shore City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice, to be road and vested in the North Shore City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Declaration Acquiring Land and Easements for Irrigation Purposes (Maungatapere Irrigation Scheme) Over Land in the Whangarei District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(i) Pursuant to section 20, the land described in the First Schedule is acquired for irrigation purposes for a term expiring on the 31st day of December 2050 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(ii) Pursuant to section 28, rights to convey water over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, containing the rights and powers as contained in the Third Schedule hereto, are acquired for irrigation purposes for a term expiring on the 31st day of December 2050 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
