Land Declared No Longer Needed for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 5A of the Education Lands Act 1949, and pursuant to authority delegated to me, I, Brian John Mitchell, Acting Group Manager Property, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

Notice

1. The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for education purposes.

2. This notice shall come into force on the 10th day of September 1998.

Land Acquired for Road in Matamata-Piako District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road, and shall vest in The Matamata-Piako District Council on the date of publication thereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
