Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

I, John Robert Balgarnie, the liquidator of Midavia Holdings Limited (in liquidation), hereby gives notice that:

(a) I have delivered to the Registrar of Companies the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993;

(b) I am seeking to have the company removed from the Register, pursuant to section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, on the basis that I have completed my duties as liquidator of the company and the company is ready to be removed from the Register;

(c) Any objection to the removal of the company from the Register, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be lodged before the 2nd day of October 1998.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Counties Holdings Limited

Notice is given that the directors of Counties Holdings Limited, intend to send or deliver to the Registrar of Companies an application for the removal of the company from the Register.

The application relates to Counties Holdings Limited, whose registered office is situated at 11 Hall Street, Pukekohe.

The request to remove the company from the Register will be filed pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
