Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register of Companies, Masterton Motors Limited (in liquidation), which has its registered office at 47 Boulcott Street, Wellington, by request, pursuant to section 318 (1) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidator has filed with the Registrar of Companies the final statement and report, pursuant to sections 257 (1) (a) and 318 of the Act.

The date by which any objection to the removal of the company, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is 28 days from the date of this notice.

We, Ian Fergusson Farrant and Peter Ramsay Townsend, directors of Zorcon Thoroughbred No. 5 Limited, whose registered office is situated at the offices of Pierce/Tubbs, Third Floor, Fidelty House, 167 Victoria Street, Christchurch, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, the company has ceased to carry on business and there is no other reason for the company to continue in existence, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than the 30th day of September 1998.
