Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Property Officer, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 28th day of October 1997, published in New Zealand Gazette on the 6th day of November 1997, No. 158, page 3725, under the heading “Land Acquired for Road and Road Stopped—Rangitikei District” by adding after “...amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 26B/769” in (b) (i) in the recital, “subject to mortgage 665103.4”.

Amending a Notice

Land at 520 Hills Road Set Apart for Road and Road Diversion

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading, dated the 9th day of January 1998, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 15th day of January 1998, No. 1, at page 74, by firstly, deleting reference to “D.P. 49582” from the land fourthly described in the First Schedule thereto substituting it with “D.P. 49592”; and secondly, deleting the word “First” from the Schedule secondly described substituting it with “Second”.
