Notice of Dissolution of Partnership

The partners of Rapata ❖ Shanahan, barristers and solicitors, wish to announce that with effect from the 31st day of December 1997, Hemi-Rua Rapata resigned as a partner and that David Mark Shanahan will continue to practise as a barrister and solicitor under the style and title of Rapata Shanahan.

Hemi-Rua Rapata will remain as a consultant to the practice.

The practice will continue to operate from the same premises at 120 Bank Street (P.O. Box 1801).

Ralph Thompson Shaw & Thompson

Notice of Dissolution of Partnership

Notice is hereby given that on the 31st day of January 1998, Frederick John Shaw, who has been a member of the legal partnership of Ralph Thompson Shaw & Thompson, barristers and solicitors of Christchurch, for many years, will retire as a partner of the said firm.

Accordingly, the partnership will be dissolved on that date but Mr Garry Patrick Francis Thompson will continue to practise as a barrister and solicitor from the existing premises, Seventh Floor, National Insurance House, 217 Gloucester Street, Christchurch, under the name of Ralph Thompson Shaw & Thompson.

Mr Shaw will remain with the practice as a consultant and Roger James Bensley as an associate.

Notice of Intention to Restore Companies to the Register

The Companies Act 1955 (as amended)

Take notice that the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch proposes to restore the following companies to the Register:

Woolpak Supplies Limited. Applicant: D. Cone, 67 Cobra Street, Christchurch.

Habitat for Humanity (Christchurch) Limited. Applicant: S. J. Loughton, 19 Collingwood Street, New Brighton, Christchurch.

The Registrar proposes to act, under section 303 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), on the grounds that the companies were still carrying on business or other reason existed for the companies to remain on the Register at the time they were removed from the Register.

Any person who objects to the restoration of these companies to the Register must deliver notice of that objection to the Registrar in writing within 28 days of the publication of this notice.
