Notice of Intention to Remove

Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register of Companies, Regional Decorators Limited (in liquidation), which has its registered office at Level Five, Beattie Rickman Centre, corner of Bryce and Anglesea Streets, Hamilton, by request, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act, namely the liquidator’s final report and accounts, have been sent to the Registrar of Companies.

The date by which an objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is 20 working days from the date of this notice.

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 320 of the Companies Act 1993, that:

(a) It is intended that the above-named companies be removed from the Register under section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar, the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act.

(b) Any objection to the removal, under section 321, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than the 24th day of February 1998.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318 (1) of the Companies Act 1993 [section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955], the Registrar will be removing the above company from the Register on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties.

Notice is hereby given that we, the undersigned applicants, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Dunedin, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of G & K Builders (Balclutha) Limited, whose registered office is situated at 20 James Street, Balclutha, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Dunedin by the 20th day of February 1998 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
