Declaration Acquiring Easements for Irrigation Purposes (Maungatapere Irrigation Scheme) Over Land in the Whangarei District

Pursuant to section 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerrey Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, rights to convey water over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, containing the rights and powers as contained in the Second Schedule hereto, are acquired for irrigation purposes for a term expiring on the 31st day of December 2050 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
