Civil Aviation Act 1990

Notice of Granting of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I, John Gibson Bradbury, General Manager International Relations in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have exercised the power conferred by section 87N of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 and granted to Air Canada a scheduled international air service licence authorising the airline to operate code-share services from points in Canada to points in New Zealand, via any intermediate points and beyond to any points, with such level of capacity as is filed with and authorised by the Secretary for Transport.

The licence was granted with effect from 1 September 1998.
