Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On the 18th day of August 1998 at the District Court at Opotiki, Iris Rahora Tai of 18 High Street, Opotiki, was convicted and sentenced to 110 hours community service following her conviction on the 11th day of June 1998, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol.
And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge I. B. Thomas, has ordered that a
Mitsubishi Lancer motor vehicle, registration No. KB 7453
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Iris Rahora Tai, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On the 24th day of August 1998 at the District Court at Tauranga, Brendon Richard Steele of 234 Bellevue Road, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 100 hours community service (cumulative on existing sentence) and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 12 months from 24 August 1998, following his conviction on 24 August 1998 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol.
And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. L. Watson has ordered that a
Triumph motor vehicle, registered No. IG 3577
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 24th day of August 1998.

Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
Waikato Waldorf School (Rudolf Steiner Initiative), Hamilton.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 25th day of August 1998. A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, corner of Grey and Bridge Streets, Hamilton.
