In the matter of section 104pd of the Property Law Act 1952, and in the matter of memorandum of mortgage B. 500086.6 (Wellington Registry) as varied by memorandum of variation of mortgage B. 669465.5 (Wellington Registry) from Richard Charles Thorburn and Maree Teresa Thorburn, hotel proprietors, both of Otaki (as mortgagor) to Johnston Lawrence Solicitors Nominee Company Limited (as mortgagee):

Notice is given as follows:

1. On the 26th day of August 1998, the mortgagee under the mortgage B. 500086.6 as varied by variation of mortgage B. 669465.5 (Wellington Registry) entered into possession of the mortgaged property.
