The board of Bexhill Funding Group Limited hereby gives notice that it is intended to amalgamate Bexhill Funding Group Limited (previously known as Bexhill Financial Services Limited) and Bexhill Merchant Finance Limited, pursuant to provisions of Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993, and to continue as an amalgamated company Bexhill Funding Group Limited with effect from the 1st day of October 1998.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of the company or any person to whom the company is under an obligation at the registered office of the Bexhill Funding Group Limited, being Ernst & Young, Wellington.
