Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that Bruce Robert Finlayson, a shareholder in Harriwick Holdings Limited ("the company"), the registered office of which is 35 Drews Avenue, Wanganui, proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal from the Register of Companies.

The grounds on which Mr Finlayson wishes to base his application are that the company:

(a) Has ceased to carry on business;

(b) Has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors; and

(c) Has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.

Unless written objection to the company’s removal, pursuant to section 321, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Wellington by the 30th day of September 1998, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
