Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Sarah Caroline Buchanan, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Amalgamated, Wallaceville Road, Upper Hutt

Pursuant to Part III of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. A. Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in The Upper Hutt City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares:

(i) With the areas marked “D” and “I” to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 348/251.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice, to be road and vested in The Waipa District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice, to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 23A/1215, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 227733.3.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice, to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 24C/493.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice, to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 24C/494.

(e) The land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice, to be taken under section 119 and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 24C/493.

(f) The land described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice, to be taken under section 119 and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 23A/1215, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 227733.3.
