We, Richard Dale Agnew and Anthony George Lewis, liquidators of the above company, whose registered office is situated at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level Twenty-nine, Coopers & Lybrand Tower, 23–29 Albert Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 293 (e) of the Companies Act 1955, and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 28 days after the date of this notice.
